Pole Fitness incorporates the principles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using bodyweight exercises both on and off the pole. Pole Fitness targets your entire body and is good for your mind, body and soul. It strengthens your core and back, boosts your metabolism, improves coordination, balance and flexibility, increases body confidence and endurance, tightens and tones your body and helps you lose weight. Lets not forget to mention it's FUN! Pole Fitness is also a great way to condition and build strength for a particular pole dance trick you have your eye set on, but not quite mastered yet (list in your appointment notes). Wear form fitted clothing that exposes the lower legs such as shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. No street clothes or jewelry. Do not apply any lotions or oils to your skin prior to this lesson. You will need a towel, water, yoga mat, microfiber towel and spray bottle filled with alcohol to clean your pole.

Private Lesson Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to appointment in order to reschedule. Private Party appointments must be canceled at least 1 week prior to appointment in order to reschedule. New appointment date must be within 30 days of original appointment date. Appointments may only be rescheduled once. No make ups for missed or cancelled workshops. Workshops are subject to cancellation due to low registration. If you are more than 15 minutes late your reservation will be automatically canceled. No Call No Shows will not be allowed to reschedule and all future appointments requests will be declined. Reservations are subject to cancellation if ALL required documents are not completed prior to appointment. All services expire 30 days after purchase unless stated otherwise.
